All staffing engagements, temporary labor deployments, and permanent placements executed by M/S Maa Kali Traders Pvt Ltd are governed by a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed between the principal employer and our agency prior to mobilization.
Invoices for monthly contract staffing and payroll administration are issued on the 1st of every month with net 15-day payment terms. Delayed payments beyond agreed credit windows attract statutory interest as detailed in individual commercial contracts.
M/S Maa Kali Traders Pvt Ltd acts as the primary contractor for off-roll personnel, assuming full responsibility for statutory EPF, ESI, bonus, and worker safety insurance. The principal employer is responsible for providing a safe working environment and site-specific operational orientation.
For permanent placement services, a 90-day candidate replacement guarantee applies. Should a placed candidate resign or be terminated for cause within 90 days of joining, we provide a replacement candidate at no additional agency charge.
These terms and any commercial contracts entered into are governed by the laws of India. High Court at Calcutta holds exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
